KUKA

created and realised by tisch13

The KUKA brand showroom at the headquarters in Augsburg impresses with a radical approach: Here, the brand deliberately does not present itself through a classic showroom design in the sense of corporate design and architecture. In contrast to the bright, light-flooded impression of the building as a whole, the showroom concept is based on a completely dark room that only comes to life through the interaction of the visitors: Each visitor is recorded individually via a tracking system, which guides them through the room with dynamic lighting control.

At a central robot media installation, the visitor activates two giant KUKA industrial robots and witnesses how they quickly reassemble a stack of cubes, like in a game of Tetris, with the utmost precision. The constantly transforming sculpture is thereby graphically and typographically played with brand themes in real time using a highly complex multidimensional projection mapping.

At the other touch points in the room, too, central KUKA themes are brought to life via robot installations, VR glasses and digital exhibits. Thus, in their free movement through the showroom, visitors experience the brand's attitude as a multi-sensory spatial experience in a meticulously coordinated overall choreography of light, projections, soundscape and robot deployment. A spatial experience that presents the innovative brand with a large portion of goose bumps and many "wow" moments.
